| The genera of the subfamilies Betylobraconinae, Hormiinae, Lysiterminae, Pambolinae-Chremylini, and Doryctinae-Ypsistocerini are revised. A key is given to the genera of groups belonging to the cyclostome grade including species with shortened and/or (partly) widened fore tarsus. Sixteen new genera and 62 new species are described and illustrated. The new genera concern: Mannokeraia gen. nov. (type species: M. apterus spec. nov. from Australia), Masona gen. nov. | The European species of the subgenus Aliolus Say, 1836, of the genus Eubazus Nees, 1814, and of the genus Dicyrtaspis van Achterberg, 1980 (Hymenoptera: Braconidae: Brachistinae) are reviewed. The identity of Triaspis thomsoni Fahringer, 1934, and the interpretation by S˘ noflák (1953) are discussed. A lectotype is designated for T. thomsoni, a neotype for the types species of Aliolus Say, 1836 (Bracon trilobatus Say, 1836) and T. thomsoni sensu Šnoflák is described as a new species (Eubazus nigroventralis spec. nov.) from Bulgaria, Germany and Czech Republic. | Six new species of the genus Austrozele Roman, one new genus (Rectizele; type species: R. parki spec. nov. from Korea), and eight species of the genus Macrocentrus Curtis are described and illustrated. Keys to the Holarctic genera and to the Palaearctic species are added. New combinations are: Dolichozele gravitarsis (Muesebeck, 1938); Hymenochaonia delicata (Cresson, 1872). | The genus Atopandrium Graham, 1952 (Alysiinae: Alysiini) is synonymized with Aphaereta Foerster, 1862, Wachsmannia Szépligeti, (September) 1900 (Doryctinae: Doryctini) with Hypodoryctes Kokujev, (August) 1900, and Promachus Cresson, 1887 nec Loew, 1848 (Cenocoeliinae) with Cenocoelius Haliday, 1840. Atopandrium loripenne Graham, 1952, and Trisynaldis conflucta Fischer, 1958, are synonymized with Aphaereta debilitata Morley, 1933. Aphaereta palea (Papp, 1990), Hypodoryctes spathiiformis (Ratzeburg, 1848), and Cenocoelius aartseni (van Achterberg, 1994) are new combinations.
